Dance is my liberation. It’s my reset button. My medicine.

I dance not to be seen, not to impress—but to feel. To come back to myself. To drop out of the head and into the body. To release the energy that pulls me out of alignment or keeps me from feeling whole. To shake off what isn’t mine. To feel alive, raw, sensual, free.

It’s in the spontaneous, unchoreographed, wild movements that I come alive. Whether I’m barefoot in the kitchen, swaying in my bedroom with the morning light pouring in, or walking down the street and letting the rhythm in my blood take over—I just move. I’ve even danced freely in public spaces, and invited others to do the same, as part of an arts project I created, Liberum, which explored the beauty of raw, untamed movement in everyday environments. When i dance my soul is speaking. It’s liberation. It’s joy. It’s medicine.

There’s no “right” way to do it. I don’t care how I look. I don’t care if someone’s watching. It’s freedom. It’s expression. It’s an act of rebellion and self-love at once. I give myself permission to not care, and in doing so, I give myself back to myself.

This is how I regulate. How I restore. How I return to my feminine energy—soft, strong, divine.

And I invite others into this space too. In my healing sessions, I encourage everyone to move— to reconnect. To feel the energy moving through them. To access joy, sensuality, stillness, whatever’s alive in the moment. Dance is how we remember who we are underneath it all.

So if you’re holding on to something heavy, or even if you’re feeling expansive—press play on a song that moves you. And just dance. It doesn’t have to make sense. Let yourself feel it, let your body guide you. Dance without caring. Without needing it to be anything. Let it be wild. Let it be weird. Let it be you.
