With over 400 hours of breathwork facilitator training, I’m honored to support others in their sacred breath journeys. I guide sessions using Conscious Connected Breathwork, a powerful technique involving continuous, rhythmic breathing through an open mouth. This practice supports the release of stored emotions, reduces stress and anxiety, enhances clarity, boosts energy, improves sleep, and deepens the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I also offer couple sessions — a shared journey for two people, designed to deepen connection and support mutual healing.
