Stepping outside our comfort zone takes quiet courage. It asks us to trust ourselves, even when old doubts whisper, “Are you sure you can do this?” But I’ve learned something: when the moment comes, the one life places gently (or not so gently) in front of us — it's time to leap. Even if it feels scary.

“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” — Anaïs Nin

This quote has always touched something deep in me. Because sometimes staying in what feels safe becomes more painful than the unknown.

A reflection on where I’ve been… and where I’m gently heading. 🌿
A reflection on where I’ve been… and where I’m gently heading. 🌿

Recently, I was met with two opportunities — both asking me to step out and trust. One of them was something I had been desiring since the beginning of the year. On Sunday, June 15th, I was invited to guide an online breathwork session with Alchemy of Breath as part of their Breathe the World. There were 240 people present. My largest group before this? About 10.

So yes, my inner child had questions. Doubts.

“Can you hold this?”“Is this too much?”

I had to pause, breathe, and return to trust. To remember — this isn’t about proving anything. It’s not about showing up in a certain way. It’s about allowing. About presence. About letting the soul speak.

And once I let go of the pressure, once I simply showed up as myself, everything softened. I wasn’t doing — I was being. And that was enough.

The session turned into something I’ll always carry with me. The feedback was deeply moving — words like magical, peaceful, healing, profound. One person wrote:“What a profound and light and powerful space you let us bathe in today, Nadia. Your guidance was so healing, so enriching.”

That meant the world to me. It reminded me why I do this.

So here’s my invitation to you: when the moment comes, jump. Even if your knees shake. Even if you don’t feel ready. Because real growth begins right there — in the unknown. In the becoming.

And this is exactly what we’ll explore together in:🌿 The Sanctuary of Becoming. We begin Tuesday, 1 July — a space to take courageous steps, uncover your unique gifts, and root into your own becoming.

Because what you carry matters. And the world needs what only you can offer.
