After a week in southern Bohemia, surrounded by forests, lake, and sacred stones, I return transformed. This shadow work retreat invited me to embrace the shadow, release old layers, and find light beneath them. Through nature, breath, and truth, I learned that healing begins when we face what we fear and remember the steady presence of the earth beneath us.
