My own journey with breathwork began when I attended a shamanic breathwork session with one of my teachers. I had no idea how deeply it would affect me. As I surrendered to the rhythm of my breath, years of stored emotions rose to the surface. Tears flowed, my body softened, and for the first time in a long time, I felt truly alive. That experience changed me—it was as if a part of me that had been buried finally had the space to breathe. It was so profound that I knew I had to share this work with others.


Since then, my path has led me to explore many forms of healing, from conscious intimacy and embodiment practices to shamanic ceremonies and plant medicine journeys. But Conscious Connected Breathwork remains one of the most powerful, accessible, and deeply transformative tools I have encountered. It connects us to our emotions, our inner wisdom, and the life force within us.



Conscious Connected Breathwork is a dynamic and deeply healing practice that uses a continuous, circular breathing pattern to access altered states of consciousness, release stored emotions, and clear energetic blockages. Through the breath, we can bypass the thinking mind and connect with our deeper subconscious, allowing healing to happen naturally. Each session is a journey—sometimes gentle, sometimes intense, but always exactly what you need in that moment.
